Mig langar til að senda Sólskini bréf og vísu. Eg er átta ára, en ekki get eg gengið á skóla, því hann er svo langt í burtu. Eg læri að lesa og skrifa Íslenzku heima.

I wanted to send a letter and a verse to Sólskin. I am eight years old, but I’m not able to go to school since it’s so far away. I am learning to read and write Icelandic at home.
