Framar J. Eyford.

Thank you for Sólskin and the paper Lögberg on the whole. I have two children who have reached an age where they can enjoy it, they are six and eight years old. There is as much anticipation when the mail comes as could be expected from anyone other than older people, and it’s only because of Sólskin.

Has anyone calculated what Sólskin weighs, “small though it may be,” for the upkeep of Icelandic nationality. But one thing that I hope is that it grows with age, and I think that it could begin as soon as possible before someone else starts to publish a children’s paper since I doubt that there are many who could pluck the strings of the child’s soul as masterfully as you have done with your little Sólskin.

Forgive me for these ugly scratches.

Sincerely yours.

Framar J. Eyford.
